Who Am I...
I am a licensed child psychologist and university instructor with over thirteen years of experience specializing in parental guidance. I hold a Master’s degree with distinction in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, where my thesis, titled "SandPlay Therapy as a Therapeutic Mediation and Its Effect on Abused Children," explored the therapeutic benefits of symbolic play in trauma recovery.
Throughout my career, I have supported more than 4,000 families, helping them enhance and transform their relationships with their children. My work focuses on guiding parents of children facing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges, equipping them with the tools to create healthier, more positive family dynamics.
To stay at the forefront of my field, I have participated in numerous national and international workshops and training sessions on child development, adolescent psychology, and psychotherapy. I have also had the privilege of delivering over 200 lectures, workshops, and webinars tailored to parents, educators, specialists, and caregivers, empowering them with practical strategies to support children’s well-being.
Beyond clinical and educational settings, I have contributed to several magazines and appeared on radio and television to offer expert insights on parenting and child development, reaching a broad audience and providing accessible guidance to families from all walks of life.
My extensive experience has led me to a core belief: effective parenting is a learned skill, not only an instinct. My work centers on coaching parents to improve communication, reduce conflict, and build strong, lasting relationships with their children—laying the foundation for both immediate emotional stability and long-term psychological resilience.
