As part of a meaningful initiative led by the parent committee of Collège de la Sagesse Brasília - Baabda, I was invited to present a specialized training on Parenting Essentials.

This initiative reflects a deep understanding of how important it is to support you in your parenting journey, not only by offering practical tools but by creating a space for you to better understand what is happening within your relationship with your child.

Throughout this training, we will be talking about the parenting essentials that you need to have in order to navigate your journey with more awareness and confidence. Together, we will explore your child’s emotional and psychological needs, how to approach everyday challenges in a more grounded way, and how to build a relationship based on connection, attunement, and effective communication. Because lasting change in parenting does not come from simply knowing more, but from understanding more, starting from within.
